rved as the keynote speaker. The workshop focused on the contents of a newly published book in Lithuanian prepared by Professors Noel McGinn and Ernesto Schiefelbein entitled Learning to Educate: Proposals for the Reconstruction of Education in Latin America. The workshop, attended by almost 200 participants from all parts of the country, was sponsored by the 'Alternative Education in Education System Project' and the Lithuanian Ministry of Education and Science.
