The purpose of stay in Lithuania was a seminary concerning changes in school. The school now has a new organization model. This is a typical Norwegian model, involving all school staff in school activities. in This new model is included all school personnel (teachers, secretarial staff, janitors, technicians).

Feedback from clients:

We are an upper secondary school (mostly vocational). Hm.....rather big one ( about 600 students ) and 140 staff. The purpouse   of our stay in Lithuania was a seminary concerning changes in our school. We are now working with new organization model for us. It is a typical norwegian to involve a whole staff in such work, leadership, teachers, office, technical personal and cleaning personal. It was a very sucessfull seminary, thanks to so good organization from your side and perfect preparation of our stay.

Where can you find us? In the very center of the world :) Kongsvinger, a very small town ( no more then 10.000 citizens), with a beautifull fortress, with fantastic nature, forest, lakes and crazy norwegians.
