23 September 2010 saw the presentation of the book “Leadership for Learning: How to Help Teachers Succeed” by Carl D. Glickman that was translated and published by order of the implementers of the Project “Lyderių laikas” (Time for Leaders”). Over 400 representatives of the education community from all over Lithuania convened in Vilnius to attend the second event of this format arranged by the Project team.

The book by Carl D. Glickman was presented by Dr Frances Hensley, who was delegated by the author himself. She made a report presenting the book and delivered it in three parts. The audience had an opportunity not only to listen to the presentation by the lecturer but also to watch video recordings and engage in group work.

The team of the Project succeeded in arranging a useful and inspiring event, which is confirmed by rewarding appreciation from its participants. This feedback adds further drive and aspiration to act more intensely and achieve better results.
