 Date: 10th of November 2011, from 09.00 to 17.30 hoursVenue: at Hall 5 of the Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Centre LITEXPO, Vilnius, Lithuania Organizer:the Energy Security Center under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania with the support of NATO Emerging Security Challenges Division (NATO ESCD), NATO Partnership for Peace and Security Programme and the NATO Maintenance and Supply Agency (NAMSA) The event is open to NATO nations and partners. Nations, industry and academic institutions are kindly invited to propose speakers for the conference and/or send appropriate personnel to participate in the conference. Industry and academic institutions are kindly invited to participate in a static display/exhibition to present their Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 5 to 9 technologies.
· To present civilian renewable energy sources applicable to the military without losing military combat power in missions and operations. · To present civilian energy efficient and environmentally responsible technologies applicable to military. · To raise the awareness of the industrial and scientific communities of military interest in these technologies. · To raise military awareness of the available technologies. The exhibition will be open to the public however registration in advance is required. |
