The goal of international scientific conference is to explore and develop the idea of life-long learning consequently promoting knowledge share between scientists and people involved as well as learning from others’ experience gained by carrying out theoretical and practical research in the field of social science. Special consideration will be paid to the context of becoming a learning society. Social, economic, educational, management, and psychological issues will be discussed in different conference sections.
